Tea Party members standby for action to urge passage of Senator Jeff Van Drew’s bill S-2431. This firearms bill addresses the permitting process for getting a handgun carry permit. The bill removes the requirement for an otherwise qualified citizen to show a “justifiable need to carry a handgun.” The bill would only require a demonstration of proficiency in the weapon of the citizen’s choice, and taking a course in gun handling.

Canada Free Press proclaims that only the US Supreme Court has Constitutional authority to conduct a trial involving the State of Arizona and its enforcement of immigration laws.

Article III, Section 2, clause 2, of the US Constitution states that in all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction. . . .

BURLINGTON COUNTY FREEHOLDERS HAVE ALLOWED THE LIBRARY COMMISSION TO REMOVE CHRISTMAS FROM THE COUNTY LIBRARY SYSTEM!!!

The voters would like each sitting freeholder and all candidates in  the coming elections to state his or her position on such blatant Christophobia practiced by the County overnment. The vast majority of Christians in the County have the right to expect freedom from religious discrimination, as practiced by the Library Board and the County Freeholders.

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP IS A LOW-POPULATION AREA OF BURLINGTON COUNTY, NEW JERSEY  IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO  MOUNT HOLLY,  THE COUNTY SEAT.   MORE AND MORE OF THE TOWNSHIP LAND IS BEING USED TO ACCOMODATE  COUNTY GOVERNMENT FACILITIES,  WHICH PRODUCE NO TAX INCOME FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE TOWNSHIP.
